Theatres So Dirty

Why are so many theatres dirty throughout LA? I was thinking it would be a good business idea to go through and clean all of them up. Can't hurt, I don't think. Just an idea, don't be mad at me. This is to form a great newsletter so check it out and let's all be successful actors.
